Digital Products — No Refund After Download
All products sold on EcoFusion Store are digital downloadable products (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
Please read the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligible Refund Cases
We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The product received is significantly different from what was described
To request a refund in one of the above cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase at: info@ecofusionstore.com
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@ecofusionstore.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A screenshot or proof of the problem
We will respond within 2 business days.
Consumer Rights (EU/Italy)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available and whose download has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download.
